X bills its official API per request, with URL posts costing more. Free includes up to 5 standard X posts per month, Pro includes a monthly shared pool worth up to 400 standard posts or 30 URL posts, and Premium includes up to 1,200 standard posts or 90 URL posts per month. Mixed posts draw from the same pool, and an optional first comment counts as another X post. Pro and Premium include up to 100 and 300 X post analytics reads per month respectively; same-day refreshes use cached data.
Your allowance is based on connected social accounts: 3 on Free, 15 on Pro, and 45 on Premium. Account groups are a separate limit: 2 on Free, 30 on Pro, and unlimited on Premium.
Choose a plan with enough connected-account capacity for your workflow. If you downgrade to a plan with a lower account limit, social accounts over that new limit are disabled when the downgrade takes effect.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the remaining cost for the current billing cycle is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Yes. Pro is $287 per year instead of $348 for 12 monthly payments, and Premium is $662 per year instead of $828 for 12 monthly payments.
Stripe processes paid subscriptions. You can update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel renewal from the Stripe billing portal opened through Settings > Plan & Billing. Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of payment by emailing support@solnk.com.
