Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Welcome to Solnk, operated by Hong Kong Fenglai Technology Co., Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our social media management platform and services. By using our services, you consent to the practices described herein.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We collect information you directly provide to us, such as when you create an account, subscribe to our services, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, and billing information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and we do not store complete payment card details on our servers. You are required to provide accurate information and update it when necessary.
Social Media Account Information
When you connect your social media accounts to solnk, we collect basic profile information and the necessary credentials to manage and publish content on your behalf as directed by you. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to share this information with us.
Google and YouTube API Services
When you connect YouTube, Solnk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google Privacy Policy, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google API Services User Data Policy. You can also review or revoke Solnk's Google access from Google Account security permissions.
Solnk periodically revalidates stored YouTube API data and refreshes or deletes it within the applicable policy window. If Google confirms that authorization was revoked or can no longer be refreshed, Solnk removes the connected account and the API-derived data associated with that connection. Disconnecting a YouTube account deletes the local connection and associated data first. When Solnk's YouTube OAuth grant is configured in an isolated Google Cloud project, Solnk also sends a programmatic revocation request; in all cases, you can revoke Google access directly from the Google Account security permissions page linked above.
Usage Information
We automatically collect information about how you use our services, including your IP address, device information, browser type, and usage patterns. This data is used to operate and improve our platform, monitor overall performance, and detect unauthorized access.
Anonymous Website and Product Analytics
We use Umami through Solnk's analytics endpoint to understand aggregate website and product usage. This analytics setup does not set analytics cookies and is not used to build advertising profiles or track you across websites.
The Solnk client is configured to exclude URL query strings and fragments. It sends public-page views and a limited set of product funnel events with fixed, allowlisted fields. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, social account names, post content, access tokens, or billing details to Umami. Umami uses request metadata, including an IP address and browser user agent, to create a pseudonymous session identifier for aggregate measurement.
Anonymous analytics is enabled by default. You can stop future analytics from your browser at any time through Privacy choices in the website footer or account Settings. We also respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals. Because these analytics records are not linked to your Solnk account, previously aggregated records generally cannot be identified as yours for individual deletion.

6. Requesting Deletion of Your solnk Account
Solnk does not currently provide a self-service control for deleting the entire platform account. You can submit a deletion request to support@solnk.com. After we verify your identity and, where applicable, resolve ownership or transfer of shared team resources, we will delete or anonymize the scheduled content, media assets, connected social account information, and related analytics that are directly associated with your account, subject to the limited retention described below.
Deleting your solnk account does not delete any content that has already been published to third-party social platforms through our services. You will need to remove such content directly on those platforms.
For purposes such as legal and accounting obligations, audit, abuse prevention, and security monitoring, we may retain certain records and log data for a limited period of time as permitted by law. Such retained data will only be used for these restricted purposes and will not be used for product features or marketing.
7. Removing Connected Social Media Accounts
Note: This section explains how to remove connected social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.) from solnk. This is different from deleting your solnk platform account.
If you have connected social media accounts to solnk, you can disconnect them and delete the associated data at any time.
How to Delete Social Media Account Data
You can delete your connected social media account data at any time through your solnk dashboard:
- - Log in to your solnk account
- - Navigate to Dashboard → Connect
- - Find the social media account you want to remove (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- - Click the X icon in the top-right corner of the account card
- - Confirm deletion in the popup dialog
Alternatively, you can contact us at support@solnk.com if you need assistance with data deletion.
What Happens When You Delete a Social Media Account
When you remove a connected social media account from solnk:
- - Profile information obtained from the social media platform is deleted with the connection
- - Access tokens and authorization credentials stored by Solnk are deleted; supported, safely isolated provider grants also receive a programmatic revocation request
- - Content and data retrieved from that platform are deleted with the connection
- - Analytics and metrics related to that platform connection will no longer be available in your account
- - Once this process is complete, the connection and related data will no longer be visible in your solnk account or used to provide services to you
Important: Deleting your social media account connection from solnk only removes the data stored on our platform. It does not delete:
- - Posts that have already been published to the social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.)
- - Your account on the social media platform itself
- - Any data stored directly on the social media platform
To delete posts or your account on those platforms, you must do so directly through their respective services.
After Removing a Connection
When you disconnect a social media account from solnk:
- - The connection is immediately removed from your dashboard and you will no longer be able to access or use it
- - Access tokens and authorization credentials stored by Solnk are deleted; supported, safely isolated provider grants also receive a programmatic revocation request
- - We may keep certain information in a form that does not permit identifying you when this information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it, unless we are required by law to keep this information for a longer period
- - When determining retention, we take into account various criteria, such as the type of services provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, mandatory retention periods provided by law, and the statute of limitations
- - You can reconnect the same social media account at any time
Need Help? If you have questions about removing your social media account connection or need assistance, please contact us at support@solnk.com

- - Payment records: generally retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance (processed by Stripe)
