Getting Started

Learn the basics of using solnk

solnk is a social media management platform that lets you connect multiple social accounts, create and schedule posts across platforms, and track performance analytics — all from a single dashboard.

Click "Get Started" on the homepage. You can sign up with your Google account for one-click registration, or create an account with your email and password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your registration.

Go to the Connect Account page in your dashboard. Click "Add" on the platform you want to connect. You'll be redirected to that platform to authorize solnk. For Bluesky, you'll enter your handle and an App Password (not your regular password) directly in solnk.

Posting & Scheduling

Learn how to create and schedule content

Click "Create Post" from your dashboard. Write your content, attach images or videos from your device or Media Library, select the social accounts to publish to, and choose a date and time. Click "Schedule" to queue it, or "Post Now" to publish immediately.

Yes. When creating a post, select multiple accounts across different platforms. Each platform will receive the same content. You can also customize platform-specific settings like Pinterest board selection or YouTube categories.

Drafts let you save work-in-progress posts without publishing. Drafts are kept for 30 days. When you're ready, open the draft, make any final changes, and click "Publish" to send it out or schedule it for later.

Yes. Go to your Posts page, find the scheduled post, and click to edit or delete it. Once a post has been published, it can no longer be edited or deleted through solnk — you'll need to manage it directly on the social platform.

  • Each platform has its own limits — solnk will validate your media before publishing and notify you if any files exceed the platform's requirements.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit/debit cards. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact support@solnk.com for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Analytics

Understanding your social media performance

  • Post performance — likes, comments, shares, and engagement rates for each post
  • Follower growth — track how your audience grows over time across all connected accounts
  • Per-account breakdown — see metrics for each individual social account

Analytics data is synced automatically. Post metrics and follower counts are refreshed periodically throughout the day. New posts may take up to 24 hours to start showing analytics data.

Analytics require at least 24 hours after connecting an account to start appearing. Make sure your account has public posts and that you granted all required permissions during authorization. If data still doesn't appear, try disconnecting and reconnecting the account.

Account & Security

Managing your account and keeping it secure

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link that expires after 24 hours. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

Go to Settings > Account and click to change your email. You'll receive a confirmation email at your new address. Click the link in the email to confirm the change.

Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption. Your social media access tokens are encrypted and never stored in plain text. We use secure cloud infrastructure and follow industry best practices for data protection.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This is permanent and will remove all your data, scheduled posts, analytics history, and connected accounts. You'll receive a confirmation email before deletion is finalized.

Media Library

Managing your images and videos

The Media Library is your centralized storage for all uploaded images and videos. You can organize files into folders, favorite frequently used assets, and quickly attach them when creating posts.

  • Free plan — 1 GB
  • Pro plan — 50 GB
  • Premium plan — 200 GB
  • Storage is shared across all uploaded media. You can free up space by deleting unused files.

Account groups let you organize your social media accounts into collections — for example, by brand, region, or campaign. When creating a post, you can select an entire group to publish to all its accounts at once.

Troubleshooting

Solutions to common issues

  • Your social account may have been disconnected — go to Connect Account and re-add it.
  • The content may violate the platform's posting guidelines.
  • A media file may exceed the platform's size or format limits.
  • Your access token may have expired — use the Refresh button on the Connect Account page to re-authorize all accounts.
  • Check your post history for the specific error message.

This usually happens when you change your password on the social platform, or when the access token expires. Go to Connect Account, remove the disconnected account, and reconnect it. You can also use the Refresh button to re-authorize all accounts at once.

Posts in "pending" status are waiting to be processed. This usually resolves within a few minutes. If a post remains pending for more than 30 minutes, try creating a new post. If the issue persists, contact support.
